A SISTERHOOD OF SPIRIT, STRENGTH & SERVICE JACKSONVILLE + ONLINE

BELONGING BEGINS WITH CARE

Privacy & care.

Your story is yours. Share only what feels right.

What the interest form collects

When you introduce yourself, we collect your name, email address, gathering preference, any optional message you choose to provide, and your consent to be contacted. Please do not include sensitive health, financial, or deeply personal information in the message.

How it is used

Your introduction is stored so the organizer can respond to your interest in She Circle, confirm gathering details, and answer your questions. It is not a confirmed reservation or automatic enrollment in a newsletter. We do not send an automated email confirmation.

Who can see it

Introductions are available through the private inbox to the project owner or the organizer that owner verifies. Website hosting and database services process the information to operate the form. Your message is not displayed publicly. An operational notification may alert the project owner that a new request has arrived.

Your choices

Submitting the form is optional. You can ask the organizer to correct or remove your introduction, or stop contacting you, by replying to the organizer’s first email. You may also use the interest form to request those changes, providing only the email address needed to locate your earlier request. The organizer handles those requests; deletion is not automatic.

Site operation

The hosting platform may process basic usage and technical information to keep the site operating and understand website visits. Organizer login uses authentication cookies. We do not ask visitors to create accounts to express interest.

A note on the brand

She Circle is a Christian women’s community inspired by the Hebrew word shefa. The light-blue circle-and-spiral emblem is our Shefa-inspired brand identity. The homepage gathering photograph is illustrative AI-generated brand imagery, not a photograph of actual members.

This notice describes the current website setup. The organizer should review contact details, retention practices, and this notice before a public launch.
